I want more. These are stories that reach the heart and need to be told...and heard.
This is the 3rd book by Rose Cuzzion that I've read. Her growth as a writer is visible. I think her books are not classified correctly; they are definitely works of fiction, even if they do include a lot of realism about life in the Philippines. This book is 3 short stories; each involves a relationship between a pinay and a Western man; each story includes some graphic descriptions of the interaction. If that is not what you want to read, skip it. If you are looking for realism, though, you will enjoy this author.
Rose writes with a unique style.A philippine girls view of the white knight coming to her country to see the beautiful ladies that live there.
Thoroughly enjoyed the read, read it in one sitting with Kindle Unlimited. "The Bad" got me bubbling over in emotion.Also nice to hear the side of dating in the Philippines from the girls' perspective.
I thought this was going to be an informational look at the girls in the Philippines, Turned out to be a very sexually graphic book. Couldn't get past the 2nd part. Should be rated XXX - Kinda disturbing.
A good read. Honest stories about life.
